Lattice AI summarizes a reviewees' review packet for admins, Calibration group participants and Calibration facilitators during Calibration sessions in Performance and Talent Reviews.
Note: To access AI Review Packet Summaries, an admin must enable Lattice AI. Learn more in Manage AI Access.
Before you start
Review packet summaries are only generated for the current review cycle and will not include past performance review responses.
Summaries are generated for those with the following permissions:
Access a Review Packet Summarization
As an Admin:
Performance Reviews:
Navigate to Admin > Performance Reviews > select the review cycle > Calibration.
Choose a Calibration Group or All Employees > select an employee.
In the context panel, choose to view the Overall review summary or select a different review direction in the dropdown.
Talent Reviews:
Navigate to Admin > Talent Reviews > select the review cycle.
Choose a Calibration Group or View all employees > select an employee.
In the context panel, choose to view the Overall review summary or select a different review direction in the dropdown.
As a Participant or a Facilitator:
Performance Reviews:
On your Home page, select View your calibration groups task.
Choose and select the employee.
In the context panel, choose to view the Overall review summary or select a different review direction in the dropdown.
Talent Reviews:
On your Home page, select View your talent review calibration groups task.
Choose and select the employee.
In the context panel, choose to view the Overall review summary or select a different review direction in the dropdown.
