Lattice AI allows admins to better understand their employee's performance. Admins have the ability to enable or disable Lattice AI for their account.
To enable or disable Lattice AI access:
- Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features.
- Toggle on or off:
- Lattice AI Agent
- Evidence-based reviews: Uses Lattice data and connectors to generate initial drafts for review writing. Note: This is enabled for all review cycles and cannot be enabled on a per cycle basis.
- *Voice Modality: The ability to submit prompts to the AI Agent using your voice.

*Toggling on Voice Modality will allow users to submit prompts using their voice to the AI Agent but the individual will still need to opt in to microphone permissions on their device.
