Before you start
Exports will include only plans and successors that the user has permission to view, based on their access level and applied filters.
Export a Succession Plan
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Succession plans
Select the "..." button
Select Export data
The CSV export contains the following fields:
Critical Role
Business Need
Incumbent Name, Email, Employee ID, Job Title
Successor Name, Email, Employee ID, Job Title
Manager Name, Email
Department, Job Function, Job Level, Job Type
Readiness, Attrition Risk, Start Date, Tenure
