Once a review cycle has been created, admins can launch the review cycle with or without a notification. If peer reviews have been added to the review cycle, the launch of Review Writing will occur automatically when <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/10765260630679" target="_blank">ending Peer Selection.</a>
