No. Opening manager submissions will not close other reviews. Reviews end only when the review cycle is closed for the <a href="https://help.lattice.com/en-us/articles/15178821-end-review-cycles-for-individuals-in-bulk">individual</a> or for <a href="https://help.lattice.com/en-us/articles/15178679-end-an-org-chart-review-cycle">all participants</a>.
