Navigate to your <a href="https://help.lattice.com/en-us/articles/15178780">review cycle</a>.

Navigate to Configuration &gt; Self review.

Use the drop-down menu to choose the template reviewees will complete when writing a self review. Use Filters to filter by template tags attached to the desired template.

Select Preview to view the questions associated with the selected template.

1. Navigate to your <a href="https://help.lattice.com/en-us/articles/15178780">review cycle</a>.
2. Navigate to Configuration &gt; Self review.
3. Use the drop-down menu to choose the template reviewees will complete when writing a self review. Use Filters to filter by template tags attached to the desired template.
4. Select Preview to view the questions associated with the selected template.

During Self Reviews, employees have the opportunity to reflect on their own performance.
