Problem
Why can't I submit or confirm my compensation recommendation?
The Confirm actions button is greyed out on the recommendation page.
Resolution
Users will have different compensation permissions depending on whether they are recommenders or approvers. Reach out to your Lattice admin to confirm your participation role in the compensation cycle:
Recommender only
Ensure all fields are filled out, including fields where the amount is 0.
Recommender and approver
Ensure all approvals have been completed within the Approve your organization tab before submitting.
Ensure changes are made in the employee's Local Currency.
