View an Indirect Report's Growth Area

Managers of managers, if given additional Grow permissions, can view the growth areas for their indirect reports

Note: Managers of managers cannot update growth areas for indirect reports.

  1. Navigate to your Company Name > Employee Directory.

  2. Search and select the indirect report to enter their profile.

  3. Within the profile, navigate to the Grow tab.

  4. Under Growth areas, select a growth area card to view.
