Problem
An old direct report is still showing under My Team.
One of my direct reports is not appearing in the My team section, why can I not find see them with the rest of my team?
Can't see my direct report in the My Team section. How can I add a new direct report?
Resolution
As a manager, it is not possible to update your team yourself. Reach out to a super admin at your organization and they will be able to confirm and update your team assignments.
