Lattice admins cannot disable cascading goals. To disable cascading goals, please reach out to the Customer Care Team through chat or email at [email protected].
Once disabled, all currently cascaded goals will remain in their current state. Only future goals will not be cascaded and you will not be able to align parent and child goals. Once disabled, your organization cannot access the Tree view in the Goals Explore.
