Admins and users with custom role admin permissions can access all reviews for a user on their public profile page.
The public profile page can be accessed through the following locations:
The homepage search bar
The Org Chart
The Employee Directory
The My Team page
Note: Custom role owners must have the view and export performance review results permissions enabled to view the reviews.
View reviews from the homepage search bar
Type the user’s name into the search bar at the top of the homepage.
Select the user’s name to enter their public profile page.
Select the Reviews tab.
View reviews from the Org Chart
From the homepage, navigate to your company name > Org Chart.
Search for the user’s name in the search Org Chart box.
Select the arrow icon to the right of their name to enter their public profile page.
Select the Reviews tab.
View reviews from the Employee Directory
From the homepage, navigate to your company name > Employee Directory.
Search for the user’s name in the search box at the top of the page.
Select the user’s name to enter their public profile page.
Select the Reviews tab.
View reviews from the My Team page
From the homepage, select the My Team section.
Select the user's name to enter their public profile page.
Select the Reviews tab.
Note: Users will only appear on the My Team page if you are assigned as their manager.
