Admins can allow reviewees to nominate themselves during peer selection to review their peers.

Allow employees to self nominate

  1. Create a review cycle.

  2. Within the review cycle setup, navigate to Configuration > Peer review.

  3. Under Peer selection, choose the Reviews nominate their peer reviewers option.

  4. Under Advanced settings, select Allow employees to review their peers without a peer nomination.

  5. Click Continue to move to the next setup step.
