Click Launch peer selection.
Choose to launch with or without a customizable notification.
The launch notification will go out to a different recipient dependent on your peer selection settings:
If managers select peers for their direct reports: Managers are notified to begin their selections.
If reviewees nominate their own peers: Everyone in the cycle is notified to begin their nominations.
