Bulk uploading goals allows teams to efficiently migrate active (or historical) OKRs/goals written outside of the platform and into Lattice and manage them faster. The upload associates employees with their assigned goals using the unique email address as an identifier.
Before you start
- Only Lattice admins can bulk upload goals.
- The bulk upload does not allow group goal owners and only supports the bulk upload of single goal owners.
- The bulk upload does not specify parent/child goals during the process. Therefore, admins will need to attach child goals to parent goals after uploading. Learn more in Cascading: Aligning Your Goal to a Parent.
- If anything in the CSV does not match or if there is an error, no goals will be uploaded into the system. You will have to double-check the CSV and re-upload accordingly. Please note, that Lattice does not notify goal owners after a goal associated with them has been uploaded.
