To connect with Salesforce, you must be an admin in Lattice and Salesforce. Giving a Salesforce admin IT permissions in Lattice will allow them to connect the Salesforce integration without giving them complete admin visibility.

Lattice's integration does not touch data inputs; it is a read-only API connection. The API connection will only pull in report outputs that it has been pointed towards. Additionally, a Lattice user can only access reports that they have permission to view in Salesforce.

Lattice's integration can only connect to existing reports in Salesforce's standard Reports module. We cannot pull data from additional reporting/analytics tools such as Einstein Analytics.
