Lattice admins can disable the different elements of the Reviews tool. This may be helpful prior to launching the tool to the company.
Disabling Reviews will turn off the tool for all employees, so they won't be able to see the tool on their end. Review cycles cannot be created when the tool is disabled.
Admins can find the Review Settings by navigating to Admin > Performance > Settings.
From here you can enable or disable the following by selecting the toggle:
- Reviews (disabling Reviews will also disable Improvement Plans automatically)
- Improvement Plans
- Succession Planning
