If an admin has allowed peers to self-nominate, employees can select themselves as a peer reviewer for a reviewee during the peer selection phase of the review cycle. Self-nominations to review others will require approval from the reviewee's manager.
Before you start
- You can only nominate yourself to review peers if you are also being reviewed in the review cycle.
- Once the self-nomination is submitted, employees will be able to see whether the self nomination has been approved or declined by the reviewee's manager.
- If the reviewee's manager has already approved peer nominations, a self-nomination submitted afterward is automatically approved without any notifications.
Nomination process
- Select Select peer reviewers task on your Home page.
- Under the Nominate your peer reviewers section, scroll down to Opt to peer review someone you've worked with (optional) section
- Search for a peer's name and click to add it to a list.
- Select Submit nominations.
