As a manager, you can access all review cycles (Org Chart, Automated Rules and Project-Based Review Cycles) your direct reports have participated in, including any before they reported to you.
View individual reviews
- Navigate to My team.
- Select your direct report and click on their Reviews in the top tab.
- Click View packet.
View all reviews
- Navigate to the Reporting > Reviews section.
- Select View progress in the review cycle you'd like to view.
- Click the ellipsis (...) to the right of the user's name and select the option to view the current packet, or download the current review packet.
If calibrated ratings have been enabled, you can view the average score for all reviewers for any rating and competency questions for your report.
