Activate the Lattice AI Agent

Once configured, admins can activate the Lattice AI Agent for all employees or a subset of employees.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI Agent > Configuration. 
  2. Navigate to the Permissions tab > Activation. 
  3. Select whether to enable for: 
    • Everyone 
    • Specific employees: Filter for departments and fields to select these employees. 
  4. Select Save Changes.
