Once configured, admins can activate the Lattice AI Agent for all employees or a subset of employees.
- Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI Agent > Configuration.
- Navigate to the Permissions tab > AI Agent Access.
- Select whether to enable for:
- Everyone: Enable the AI Agent for all employees
- Specific employees: Filter using department, location or custom fields to select or exclude certain employees.
- Testing Mode: Admins can explore the AI agent in a testing environment before giving employees access.
- Select Save Changes.
