Super admins and talent review admins can download to share talent review results after a cycle ends.
Note: Once the talent review has closed, managers, facilitators and participants will no longer be able to view the results.
View talent review results
To view the talent review summary for each group, end the talent review cycle.
The summary will list the placement and order of each reviewee within that group based on the X-axis and Y-axis selected. To view reviewees placed in a specific box, click on the box placement within the 9-box.
Within the list, click on each reviewee to view any notes and tags added during calibration.
Alternatively, admins can use the Talent Review Analytics to view or filter results. Learn more in Talent Review Analytics.
Share talent review results
- End the talent review cycle.
- On the Summary page, click Download results > Download results.
- CSV includes: Employee ID, Reviewee name, Reviewee Email, External User ID, Responder, Manager, Tags, Pre-calibrated ratings, Calibrated ratings.
