The final step of a Lattice review cycle is to acknowledge your packet. Your manager or internal Lattice admin will share your packet with you. You may receive a notification when your packet is shared.
Depending on settings selected by your admin, you may be asked to add a signature when acknowledging your packet.
If comments are enabled and you decide to write one, it will be visible to yourself, your manager, and your organization's Lattice admins.
Acknowledge your review packet
- Navigate to your Home page.
- Select the task to Acknowledge your review packet.
- Use the Acknowledge button and (if enabled) optionally add any comments.
You may also be asked to sign to confirm receipt of your packet by typing your name. - Select Confirm.
View your review packet after already acknowledging it
You can continue to access your past packets through the Reviews page.
- Navigate to Performance > Reviews.
- Select View your response.
