How to create a copy of an existing review template
Before you start
If you want to edit an in-use template, or if you would like to make changes to a default Lattice review template, you need to make a duplicate and then edit the copy.
Please note: When you duplicate a template, you're not creating new copies of the questions. Any changes you make to a question in the duplicate template will reflect in all templates that include the question. If you plan on making edits to questions in the duplicate template, please copy the questions within the template and only make edits to the copied questions.
Duplicate a template
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin > Reviews > Templates page.
Step 2: Select the ellipsis (...) button next to the template you want to copy.
Step 3: Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
