The ability to edit a question depends on the status of the question. Questions can hold three statuses:
- In Use Question: the question has been used in a review cycle
- Draft Question: the question has not been used in a review cycle
- Lattice recommended Question: a Lattice default question
Templates themselves can hold the same statuses.
- In Use Template: an In Use template has been used in a review cycle, therefore, all questions within the template are considered In Use
- Draft Template: a Draft template has not been used in a review cycle, however, it can contain both In Use and Draft questions
