Introduce your team to Lattice Pulse surveys
Below is an email that you can use to introduce your team to Lattice Pulse surveys and why they are so important. You can always change the information in the email to align more with your team's launch, but make sure to answer three key points in your launch email:
- What you are doing
- Why you are doing it
- Your expectations for the team
With that in mind, here is a sample email format that you can use to introduce your employees to Lattice:
Hi Team,
We’re excited to roll out Pulse Surveys in Lattice to help complement our [biannual/annual] Engagement Surveys!
Lattice's Pulse Surveys are a short series of questions sent on a regular cadence to help us understand how our employees are feeling over time. It's a simple yet powerful tool to help the People Team make sure that we're making progress toward building the kind of workplace that you look forward to coming to every day.
All survey responses in Lattice are completely anonymous so please answer honestly. You’ll also be able to respond to Pulse Surveys in Slack! [if using Slack integration]What to expect from Engagement surveys:
- You will be asked a few questions about how strongly you agree or disagree with a statement about our workplace. As surveys are sent over time, responses are aggregated so that we can see in real time what we're doing well as a company and where we could improve.
- You will receive a pulse survey regularly, but not everyone will get the same pulse at the same time. This is to ensure that we're ruling out any survey biases.
- Pulse survey responses are always anonymous in Lattice. Individual survey responses are never available in reporting—only aggregate scores are viewable.
