Lattice notifications can be configured for the entire organization as well as for individual users. The content of each notification will vary based on what triggers it and which tool it is for, but Slack notifications use the same general format:

From: Lattice App
Content: Varies depending on the type of notification. Most notifications include a link that takes users directly to where they can act on the notification. The structure is usually:

[Details]
[Link to action item]

Slack review notifications for admins

The following notifications are sent to an admin if the review cycle is created on a timeline or automation:

  • Peer selection has started

  • Peer selection has ended

  • Automated review cycle has been created

  • The review cycle has been launched

  • The review cycle has ended

Disable Slack notifications from a channel feed

Admins can disable Slack notifications from a public Slack channel feed by navigating to Admin > Settings > Platform > Integrations and removing the channel name from the given tool within the Slack integration section. Once removed, click Update to save the changes.
