Often in calibration, reviewees may fall between groups or need particular attention. Adding a tag to these reviewees allows calibration participants to sort and filter by these tags during the calibration process.
Some common tags include:
- High performer
- Follow up
- Promotion
- Retention risk
Before you start
Only admins can create and assign tags for reviewees. Admins can customize the visibility each calibration group has into tags within each group's settings. Learn more in Select and Manage Calibration Group Participants.
Create and assign a tag
- Within the review cycle, navigate to Admin > Scores > Calibration groups within the review cycle.
- Select the calibration group to which you would like to add reviewees.
- [Optional] To bulk assign, navigate to the All Reviewees page instead of a specific group.
- Check the box to the left of a specific employee's name, or apply filters and check the box next to the Name column header to select the entire list of employees.
- Click Add tags.
- Click Create tag to create a new tag or select one or more from ones already created from the list.
Once a tag has been added, you will see the assigned tags under the Tags column within the calibration table.
Add a tag from the reviewee context panel
If you want to add a tag to an individual reviewee, you can do so from the reviewee context panel within the table.
- Click on a reviewee's name to open the context panel.
- Click Add tags.
- Click Create tag to create a new tag or select one or more from ones already created from the list.
Filter by reviewee tag
Once tags have been assigned, you will have the opportunity to filter based on tags to drill down your data. For example, you may want to view all reviewees that need following up before ending calibration.
- Navigate to All Reviewees or the desired group.
- Within the filter bar, select the filter icon > Tag > select one or more tags.
Next, learn how to add notes to each reviewee during calibration.
