Problem
- Some ratings have not been calibrated. How will this appear in the employee review packet?

Resolution
If a score remains uncalibrated, the employee would see the pre-calibrated score in their review packet. The employee will not be able to see whether a score has been calibrated.
Note: Downward reviewers can change uncalibrated scores if the review is reopened after calibration. Ensure all scores are calibrated to prevent this.
