Problem
- When clicking End reviews and calibrate does that close our reviews too?
- Are reviews closed when selecting End reviews and calibrate?
- If I start Calibration, will reviewers still be able to complete their reviews?
Resolution
By selecting End reviews and calibrate, all reviews will be automatically submitted (including drafted reviews) and reviewers will no longer be able to submit their responses. After the review has been closed, if reviewers would like to continue to make edits, those reviews will need to be reopened.
If you need reviews to remain open, admins can calibrate at any time after the launch of the review cycle without ending the review writing phase.
