The Employee Pay page is where super admins and compensation admins can see an overview of all of their company’s employees’ compensation and demographic information and upload employee pay data.
Admins are can filter data, as well as export the table into a CSV.
Navigate to the Employee Page page from Admin > Compensation > Employee Pay.
Employee Pay Table
- Employee info data is pre-populated in the Employee Pay table. Employee info in the Employee Pay table includes:
- Employee title
- Manager
- Department
- Compensation band data can be populated individually or in bulk. Compensation bands in the Employee Pay table includes:
- Job level
- Job role
- Location tier
- Total OTE Min/Mid/Max
- Comp band placement
- Compa-ratio
- Compensation data is populated either through an HRIS sync or through manual CSV upload. If data was populated via CSV, admins are able to manually edit individual pay information within the table. Compensation in the Employee Pay table includes:
- Pay type
- Currency
- Hourly pay
- Base pay
- Variable pay
- On-target earnings
- Ratio (Variable %)
- Pay effective date
