The Employee Pay page is where super admins and compensation admins can see an overview of all of their company’s employees’ compensation and demographic information and upload employee pay data.
Admins can filter data, edit specific employees' pay data, or export the table into a CSV.
Navigate to the Employee Page page from Admin > Compensation > Employee Pay.
Employee Pay Table
-
Job Information data is pre-populated in the Employee Pay table based on the employee's profile. Employee information in the Employee Pay table includes:
- Name
- Department
- Job Function
- Job Type
- Job Level
- Pay Zone
-
Employee Compensation data is populated through manual CSV upload, via updating the employee record in the Directory, or via external HRIS sync to Lattice. If data was populated via manual upload, admins are able to manually edit individual pay information within the table. Compensation in the Employee Pay table includes:
- Pay type*
- Currency*
-
Hourly pay or Base pay*
- Only one of these columns will be populated, based on the employee's assigned Pay Type. Hourly pay lists an hourly rate, and Base pay lists an annual rate.
-
Variable pay
- Only available for employees with Pay Type = Salary
-
On-target earnings
- This is a sum of Base Pay + Variable Pay
-
Ratio (Variable %)
- This is automatically calculated based on the values entered for Base Pay and Variable Pay, calculated as [Variable Pay] / [Base Pay + Variable Pay]
- Bonus amount
-
Equity shares
- This is populated based on the employee equity upload and cannot be adjusted manually.
- Pay effective date*
Note: fields required for using Lattice Compensation are marked with an asterisk. Other fields are either calculated automatically or optional.
-
Compensation band data will be displayed for the band associated with the employee's current Job Function, Job Type, Job Level, and (if used) Pay Zone. Compensation bands in the Employee Pay table includes:
- Compensation band name (if applicable)
- Pay zone (if applicable)
- Total OTE Min/Mid/Max
- Compensation band placement
- Compa-ratio
- Bonus target tied to the compensation band (if applicable)
