Sync your company's HiBob employee information with Lattice using SFTP.
Admins can import their employees from HiBob into Lattice using a CSV. The best method for adding your employee data from HiBob into Lattice is via CSV import. Once employees are added, they will be set to a Created state and then can be invited to Lattice.

Note: You need to be an Account Admin for your Hibob Account and a super admin in Lattice to configure SFTP.
What employee information will come over to Lattice from HiBob?
The SFTP report should include the following:
- Legal first name
- Legal last name
- Job Title
- Manager email
- Status
- Start Date
- Gender
- Department
Build a custom report in HiBob
- From the left menu, select Analytics > Reports.
- Click + Add New.
- Select Report > Start from scratch > General report.
- The Build report from scratch popup appears, containing the column picker.
- From the left column, select the fields you want to appear as columns in the report. Either search for the field or click on a report type. Then, click on the field name to add it to the column on the right.
- To delete a field from the right column, hover over the field name and click X.
- Click Generate. The report will be displayed.
- To save the report, click Save as
- Enter the name for the report as "Employee_Information.csv" and add a description if necessary. Then, select the folder to save it in or create a new folder and click Save.
- Note: If you leave the page before saving the report the report will not be saved.
Basic Field Mapping
- Required fields are marked with a * below.
- For all names with capitalization and spacing such as 'Full Name', we also accept the camelCased version of that name, e.g. 'fullName'.
- Additional custom fields can be added (text, number, relationship via email address), but must be configured in Lattice as a custom attribute to successfully import.

If 'Full name' or 'Name' are provided, we take those values first as the user's name.
Otherwise, we take a first name field, and join it with last name field to store it as a full name.

To confirm that you have added all required fields to your report, export your directory data in Lattice to ensure alignment between the new report & the Lattice headers. This is available via the click path below:
- Navigate to Admin > Organization > Directory.
- Click Download CSV.
Configure connection via SFTP

Lattice’s Customer Care team can confirm the configuration of your report & share the credentials you will need for the next step.
- Prerequisites: You need to be an Account Admin for your Hibob Account & need SFTP credentials generated by Lattice team.
- From the left menu, select Settings > Integrations.
- From the integrations menu, search for SFTP, then click on Connect or Manage from the SFTP tile.
Click Add SFTP destination and enter a Name for the SFTP destination. Then under identification, select Credentials, to enter the username and password.
Note: If this is your first time setting up SFTP, Bob will display 'Connect'. If an SFTP destination has already been set up at least once, Bob will display 'Manage'.
Set up the secure file transfer schedule
- Navigate back to your report that you created in Step 1 - from the left menu, select Analytics > Reports.
- Find the report that you would like to send via SFTP
- Click More dropdown on the top right of your screen
- Click Schedule
Enter the following information:
- Scheduling name: this can be any value
- SFTP: Select the destination that you just configured in the previous section
- Frequency Period and Timezone: choose any
- File Format: csv
Now save and run. The reports that you created will now be sent at the schedule that you specified.
