When integrated with ADP, admins must follow the steps below to reactivate a user.
Before you start

Ensure the user is marked as Active first in ADP, otherwise, the activation may be overridden upon the next sync.

Ensure that the deactivated user in Lattice has an External ID. If the deactivated user does not have an External ID, you will need to:
- Export the Employee CSV from Admin > Directory.
- Enter an External ID for the employee in the CSV and then save the file.
- Re-upload the CSV to Lattice to apply the ID to the employee's profile.

Reactivate an Employee
If the deactivated user in Lattice has an External ID:

Navigate to Admin > Organization > Directory.

Select Export CSV.

Within the CSV download, find the user you wish to deactivate and change their Status Column from Terminated to Active
- Save your file.

Reupload the CSV by navigating to Organization > Directory > Add Employees > Upload CSV.

Within the upload modal, select Skip this step > Upload CSV.

Select your file and click Close once the download is complete.
