Gusto Custom fields
* Gender is not a default field in Gusto, but can be created as a custom field and linked to Lattice's default Gender field. It will need to be of type radio (aka multiple choice) and can have the options "male", "female", and "non_binary" - the values must be all lower case and must match these options, as Lattice doesn't accept Gender values outside of these three.
