Problem
- We aren't able to edit the manager field from the employee's profile.
- There is a manager listed for an employee but the field is uneditable
- We have an HRIS connected but are unable to edit the manager within Lattice.
Resolution
When integrated with an HRIS system, employee manager changes need to be made in the HRIS, which will then update the manager in Lattice after the next sync.
If the change has been made in your HRIS, a manual sync can be pushed:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform > Integrations.
- Select Sync to push a manual sync.
- To confirm sync worked, navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform > Import Log.
- This is for HRIS integrations only, and not integrations that leverage SFTP.
