Super admins are able to reassign onboarding tasks if the original assignee is no longer available.
- Navigate to Admin > Onboarding Overview.
- Search for and select the employee.
- A panel on the right will appear with the Summary of the Onboarding for that employee.
- Look for the specific tasks> select the ellipsis on the right.
- Select Reassign Task > You will be able to select another assignee.
Alternatively, selecting the Edit Task button will also allow the admin to edit the assignee.
