Things to check as you set up your HRIS integration
Lattice integrates with HRIS including Namely, Zenefits, BambooHR, Workday, ADP, Sapling, Gusto, Personio, UKG, TriNet, and Humaans.
Before you start
If you need to disconnect the ADP integration at any time, you will be presented with two options with which to disconnect: now and future date.
- If you choose to disconnect the integration now, ADP will charge a $250 integration fee to reconnect.
- If you choose to disconnect the integration for a future date, ADP will charge a $250 integration fee to reconnect after the future date set when disconnecting.
Troubleshooting your HRIS integration
If you’re running into issues, you’ll want to check the following:
-
Make sure that you’re an Admin of both Lattice and your HRIS.
- Check the Import Log in Lattice for any errors. Learn more about how to access the Import Log.
-
Check that employees in your HRIS all have a “Pay Type” and an email address.
-
Once this is done, try re-syncing by going to Admin > Settings > Integrations > Sync
-
If a re-sync doesn’t work, you may want to re-configure your integration. To re-configure your integration, click Disconnect in the admin Integrations page.
-
Make sure to pull in ALL Pay Types or just the Pay Type of the employees you want in Lattice. Ex. If you don’t want contract workers or part time workers to be users in Lattice, you would only pull in “Full Time,” if you do, make sure to check them as well.
-
Once you’ve tried all of the above, and your employees are still not being pulled into Lattice from your HRIS, please reach out to us at customercare@lattice.com for more assistance.
Please note that all troubleshooting steps may not apply to all systems. However, the general steps are to ensure the correct pay types are pulling in and that the integration is resynced or reset.
