On May 17, 2023, we will be releasing updates to consolidate and improve the analytics experience for Managers by refreshing the look of the My Team page and extending access to the Analytics Explorer – which will replace the current one-off 1:1s, Feedback, Updates, and Grow (if you have this product) reporting pages.
Note: Managers will only have access to adoption and sentiment analytics for their direct and indirect reports. They will not have any access to Headcount, Attrition, New Hires, or DEIB information. They will also only be able to filter and group data using fields that are set to manager visibility.
To help you enable them on the benefits and how to use it, we’ve created this handy Launch Kit for you:

Want an easier way to keep up with how your team is progressing and provide targeted development opportunities?
Soon, your My Team page within Lattice will be getting a refresh to make it easier to get a quick, high-level overview of how your reports are doing in terms of their performance, goals, sentiment, and career growth.
From there, you’ll also be able to dig deeper into trends and patterns across your team with the new Analytics Explorer. This new Explorer consolidates and will replace the current 1:1s, Feedback, and Updates reporting pages.
These updates will launch in Lattice on May 17th, but in the meantime, you can watch a video walkthrough of these changes here.
