Admins can send an additional manual reminder to survey participants to remind them to complete the survey.
Note: If a survey participant has a scheduled automated reminder, sending a manual reminder will override the automated reminder.
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Onboarding surveys.
- Click to enter the onboarding survey from the survey list.
- Navigate to the Participation tab.
- Click Send reminder and choose one of the following options:
- All incomplete surveys: Send a reminder to all participants who have not submitted a survey
- Specific due date: Send a reminder for participants that have a survey due at a specific date
- Dates listed are dependent on the timeframe filter selected
- A survey reminder modal will appear –– Customize the reminder by adding a Title and Short supporting note.
- Click Send reminder.
