Problem
I updated user data in the directory, but those changes are not reflected in the active performance review.
I don't see the current field data when trying to filter calibration groups in my active review.
Why does the data in my review cycle not match what I am seeing on a user's profile?
Resolution
When a review cycle launches, all of the field data that exists at that time will be captured, and any changes made after this point will not be reflected in the review cycle.
Any field changes made after the review cycle will be reflected in the directory, but will not appear in the review cycle filtering or calibration groups. This is why there may be a discrepancy between the data in a user profile and what is shown in the review cycle.
