The import log allows admins to view every sync logged by an HRIS or SFTP integration and CSV upload. For troubleshooting, the log includes error messages for syncs that were unsuccessful.
To view the import log, navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform > Import log.
View the import log
You will see a list of every import event within the import log. The Description column notates the changes made to employees due to the import.
Click on an import row to see more detail. The detail page includes a row for each event that occurred, including a Details for IT column visible for Skipped employees.
