If you are a Lattice HRIS customer, you can sync documents from the Documents tool.
Upload a Document from Lattice HRIS
- Navigate to Admin > Documents.
- Select Create > Document.
- Select Upload File and choose the document.
- Set up the document (Note: Only No Action documents can be added to the Knowledge Vault from Lattice HRIS)
- Under step 2, ensure Shall with all (...) employees and make available to future hires is selected.
- Under AI Settings, toggle on Give Lattice AI Access.
- Select Save.
Note: If you have added a source through Lattice HRIS Documents, you will need to archive the document.
