Admins can sync documents from an external source for the Lattice AI Agent to use.
Before you start
- It may take up to 20 minutes for synced documents to be available in the Knowledge Vault.
- Documents syncing from an external source will default to Admin Only visibility, but this can be updated under Manage Access in the Knowledge Vault. Learn more about updating document permissions.
Google Drive
- Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > AI Agent > Configuration > Integrations.
- Next to Google Drive, select Connect.
- Select My Credentials > Read-only for non-admins.
- Select Open Window > Choose the Google account.
- Allow access by selecting Continue.
- Select the drive and folders to sync the documents from by checking the box > View Selected.
- Select the folder > Select Confirm.
- Select Next.
To manage the folders selected after connection, select Manage > Edit filters in the Google Drive tile or alternatively, to disconnect, select Manage > Disconnect.
Microsoft SharePoint
- Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > AI Agent > Configuration > Integrations.
- Next to Microsoft SharePoint, select Connect.
- Confirm the access by selecting Next.
- Select the account type: Read-only for non admins
- Select Open Window to log in.
- Choose which drives or folders to sync by checking the box > View Selected.
- Select the folder > Select Confirm.
- Select Next.
To manage the folders selected after connection, select Manage > Edit filters in the Microsoft SharePoint tile or alternatively, to disconnect, select Manage > Disconnect.
Dropbox
- Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > AI Agent > Configuration > Integrations.
- Next to Dropbox, select Connect.
- Confirm the access by selecting Next.
- Select the account type: Read-only for non admins
- Select Open Window to log in.
- Choose which drives or folders to sync by checking the box > View Selected.
- Select the folder > Select Confirm.
- Select Next.
To manage the folders selected after connection, select Manage > Edit filters in the Dropbox tile or alternatively, to disconnect, select Manage > Disconnect.
