Admins can duplicate a workflow. This functionality is most often used when admins would like to assign different sets of tasks for their users based on a field, e.g., location. This can be configured in the eligibility criteria. For example, an admin will create a workflow for updating users in the US and duplicate that Workflow to create a different flow for updating users in the UK.
Duplicate a Workflow
- Navigate to Admin > Products > Workflows.
- Select Workflows to view all of the currently created Workflows for the organization.
- Select the “...” next to the Workflow you would like to duplicate > Duplicate.
