If a workflow template is no longer needed, admins can archive it to make it unavailable for use.
Archiving the template prevents future use of that template but it does not impact any employees who are in the middle of the workflow. Those employees can still complete the outstanding tasks tied to the activated workflow.
Archive a workflow
- Navigate to Admin > Workflows > Workflows.
- Select the ellipsis (...) for the relevant workflow > Archive.
Access Archived Workflows
- Navigate to Admin > Workflows > Workflows.
- Select the Archived tab.
