Start a Workflow as an admin:
- Navigate to Admin on the bottom left of your Lattice homepage
- Select Directory > Search for the employee name.
- Select the ellipsis (...) to the far right of their name> View public profile.
- Select Details on their Employee Profile.
- Select the Actions button to see the Workflows to access to initiate.
- Complete the required fields in the Workflow.
- The employee’s current information is underneath the field.
- To initiate the Workflow, add in the Effective Date of this change, and select Save.
Once all approvals for the workflow have been completed, admins will receive a confirmation email letting you know that the Workflow has been approved.
