There are several errors in an import log that will see a Missing field error with the corresponding field missing in your HRIS.
A typical example of this error is Missing field 'Business communication email'. If you are synced with ADP, this field determines the email address for the employee.
This error indicates that the employee's work email address is missing from ADP's Work Email field. Ensure that the Work Email address field is filled out for each employee.
