Problem

  • Who is assigned the manager responsibilities to the CEO in a review cycle?

  • If there isn't a manager assigned to a CEO, who is their 'manager' in the review?

Resolution

When a CEO is a reviewee in a review cycle, the admin who launches the review cycle will automatically be assigned as the "manager" to the CEO.

If the review cycle is a 360 Review, the admin will be prompted to approve peers and finalize the review packets for the CEO. To learn more, view What to Expect as a Manager During a Review Cycle.

There will be no manager reviewer for the CEO, however, if you desire a manager reviewer, the admin can add another "manager" to write a manager review and edit who completes a manager summary and/or shares the review packet to the CEO.
