When a CEO is a reviewee in a review cycle, the admin who launches the review cycle will automatically be assigned as the "manager" to the CEO.

If the review cycle is a <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500001583001-Perform-a-360-Review" target="_blank">360 Review</a>, the admin will be prompted to approve peers and finalize the review packets for the CEO. There will be no manager reviewer for the CEO, however, if you desire a manager reviewer, the admin can <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500001951841-How-to-Add-an-Additional-Manager-Reviewer-Mid-Review-Cycle" target="_blank">add another "manager"</a> to write a manager review and edit who completes a <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500001778781-How-to-Change-Who-Writes-the-Manager-Summary-and-or-Shares-the-Review-Packet-Mid-Review-Cycle" target="_blank">manager summary and/or shares the review packet</a> to the CEO.
