Admins can adjust who can see a Lattice default field within an employee profile by editing the visibility.
Note: Unchecking both 'View' and 'Edit' will mean that the user will not have access to the field.
- Navigate to Admin > People > Permissions > Default roles.
- Click Edit next to the default role you want to manage field visibility.
- Expand the Permissions section.
- Select one of the following visibility options for the field:
- Edit
- View
- Select Save changes.
