Resolution
In Charts, this message appears when the amount of data exceeds the system's ability to load and display it effectively. This typically happens when the number of distinct sets of breakdown/compare options surpasses a certain limit:
- The current limit is set to 500 options when using a breakdown or comparison of the data.
- For example, if a company has 2000 employees and attempts to compare across individuals without applying any filters, the number of options (2000) exceeds the limit of 500, which would then trigger this message.
- In a case like this one, users are encouraged to apply a filter to reduce the dataset to a manageable size or use a different combination of breakdown/comparisons.
