Evidence-based Review Drafts is an AI-powered drafting functionality. It generates review drafts using historical Lattice data from 1:1s, goals, feedback, updates, growth areas, and prior reviews.
- Evidence-based reviews are available in Org Chart review cycles for upward reviews, self reviews and downward reviews. It is not possible to use Evidence-based reviews for peer reviews.
- The context is limited to the permissions of the person writing the review. For example, a manager cannot see feedback that wasn’t visible to them.
- It is not possible to have the AI Agent select ratings for the reviewer. Ratings must be selected manually.

AI Insights Confidence Levels
- High confidence: The AI had plenty of data to write a draft.
- Needs more context: The AI lacked deep data. It will provide a brief draft, but strongly recommends you manually add context or rewrite it.
- Not enough data for a draft: The AI did not have enough information to write anything. It will leave the box blank and prompt you to draft it yourself or use the Lattice AI Agent to brainstorm.

Troubleshoot Evidence-based reviews
-
Why can't my employees see Evidence-based Review Drafts in their reviews?
- An admin will need to confirm that the Lattice AI Agent is not set to Testing mode and that the right employees have been granted access to the Lattice AI Agent.
- Both can be managed by going to Admin > AI Agent > Configuration > Permissions.
- An admin will need to confirm that the Lattice AI Agent is not set to Testing mode and that the right employees have been granted access to the Lattice AI Agent.
-
Why aren’t insights and confidence levels showing up for a question?
- Insights and confidence levels are generated only when you complete the entire review, either from the modal or by regenerating from the timeframe/style bar.
