Do users in a “Created” status receive notifications when a review cycle is launched?

Problem

• Will users who are in “Created” status and have not yet been invited to join Lattice receive notifications when a review cycle launches?

Resolution

1. Users in “Created” status can be included in a review cycle; however, they will not receive a notification when the cycle launches. Launch notifications are only sent to users who have been invited and are active in Lattice.
2. Once a created user is invited and logs into Lattice, the review cycle task will appear on their Home page.
